Customer Services Executive
Exciting opportunity within a General Insurance business based in West London
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic & friendly team.
• Support and resolve customer queries via the telephone
• Administer insurance policies
• Deal with incoming queries over the phone, email and through the post
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential to being successful in this role. Full training on system and products will be provided. The role is an good start in a career in insurance.
The role is immediately available at an annual salary of £16,000 rising to £17,000 upon successful completion of a 3 month probationary period
